Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products if you receive the wrong size, a defective item, or a damaged product, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to customer preference (such as a change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
